Questions before you switch

How long does it take?

Anywhere from a few hours to a few days, depending on how much history you bring.

What does it cost?

Nothing for founding distributors: we handle the migration and onboarding end to end. After early access, white-glove migration starts at $1,500.

Do I need to clean up my data first?

No. Send it as it is; sorting it out is part of the job.

My system exports lots of separate files. Is that a problem?

No. Send them all, with your artwork folders, and we'll piece them together.

Do we have to stop using our current system?

No. Keep working in it while we bring things across, and tell us when you're ready to switch.

What about my current contract?

Tell us when it ends, and we'll time your switch around it.

What happens to my past orders?

Open orders are set up in Promolane so you can keep working them. Past orders come across as read-only history, with their original totals.

Can I edit my old presentations?

They come across as PDFs, for reference. Rebuild any you want to reuse as a new proposal in Promolane.

What about QuickBooks?

Keep it. Promolane connects to QuickBooks, so your books stay where they are.

What if something doesn't come over right?

You check everything before you switch, and we fix anything that's wrong.
